Takara pAAV-ZsGreen1 Vector is an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector plasmid that has terminal hairpin structures called inverted terminal repeats (ITRs) at both ends, which function as origins of genomic replication and contribute to packaging of viral particles. This vector plasmid allows you to produce high titer recombinant AAV vector together with AAVpro Helper Free System (AAV2) (Cat. #6230).
