Takara This product consists of genomic DNA purified from the DNMT DKO (double knock-out) human HCT116 cell line, which is genetically lacking of both methyltransferases DNMT1 (DNA methyltransferase 1) and DNMT3B (DNA methytransferase 3B). The methylation level of the genomic DNA from DNMT DKO HCT116 is extremely low (< 5%) compared with wild type genomic DNA.
