Takara This 200 rxn kit enables you to synthesize first-strand cDNA from either total RNA or purified small RNAs isolated from any source, and use the resulting cDNA to quantify specific miRNAs and other RNAs present in the sample. RNA molecules are polyadenylated and reverse transcribed using the mRQ Enzyme Mix, which contains poly(A) polymerase and SMART MMLV RT.
