Vivaspin^® Endotest is a disposable, endotoxin free ultrafiltration device for endotoxin concentration and removal of interfering substances prior to the LAL test. The devices can be centrifuged in either a swing bucket or fixed angle rotor accepting 50 mL | 30 mm diameter conical bottom tubes. Due to the centrifugal design, multiple Vivaspin^® Endotest devices can be used in parallel, minimizing hands-on-time. Vivaspin^® Endotest is available with a 20 kDa MWCO cellulose triacetate membrane.
