Takara Monoclonal antibody to Trigger Factor (TF) molecular chaperone; can be used for western blotting or immunoprecipitation of TF-tagged recombinant proteins. This antibody was obtained by fusing the P3U1 myeloma cell line with lymph node cells from a  C57BL/6 mouse after immunization with synthetic peptide (165–178) TIDFTGSVDGEEFE of Trigger Factor (a chaperon protein derived from E. coli) conjugated with KLH.
