Takara Takara offers a variety of DNA ladders suitable for different applications. This marker consists of 10 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 1 kb in 100-bp units, plus an additional 1.5 kb fragment. The 500-bp band contains triple the mass of the other fragments and serves as a visible reference indicator; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel.
