Designed for use in professional laboratories, but makes an excellent addition to any kitchen. Mortar and pestle are both made of solid porcelain. Resistant to chips and cracks. Inside grinding surface of mortar and the rounded end of the pestle are unglazed for precise grinding and crushing. Mortar features a contoured spout for pouring and transferring of crushed material.

Mortar measures 9" wide and 4.9" tall. Pestle measures 9" in length and the rounded end measures 2.4" in diameter.
