Takara The EpiXplore Methylated DNA Enrichment Kit provides a simple magnetic bead-based method for enriching and fractionating hypo- and hyper-methylated DNA fragments from the whole genome. Enrichment of methylated DNA leads to reduced background during sequencing, providing superior results in applications used to understand epigenetic gene regulation, such as DNA methylation profiling.
