Takara NucleoSpin DNA Yeast enables efficient isolation of genomic DNA from a diverse array of yeast samples, yielding up to 20 µg of DNA per prep. In contrast with other extraction methods that involve chemical lysis or sample disruption with glass beads, NucleoSpin DNA Yeast employs corundum homogenization beads to enable more efficient sample lysis, resulting in a protocol that can be completed in 35 minutes.
