Takara pUC 119 DNA \25 ug

Takara pUC119 is a plasmid vector constructed by inserting a HgiA I(5645) - DraI(5941) fragment containing the intergenic region (IG region) of the M13 phage DNA into the NdeI site of the pUC19 plasmid. Since its multiple cloning site is in the lacZ region, any DNA inserted into this vector can be easily verified using plates containing IPTG and X-Gal.
