Takara The pGuide-it-sgRNA1 Vector System is a complete system for cloning and expression of a target-specific single guide RNA (sgRNA) for mammalian gene modification studies using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The pGuide-it-sgRNA1 Vector is used to express a target-specific sgRNA. This vector is pre-linearized for simple insertion of a target sequence for sgRNA expression from the human U6 promoter. It does not contain a selectable marker or fluorescence reporter. pGuide-it-sgRNA1 Vector can be used for transient transfection of mammalian cells.
