Takara Exonuclease III \25,000 Units

Takara Exonuclease III is a 35 exonuclease that is specific for double-stranded DNA or DNA-RNA hybrids. It will degrade double-stranded DNA with a blunt end, a 5-overhang, or a nick, but it will not degrade DNA with a 3-overhang of at least 4 bases.
