Takara AAVpro packaging plasmids (pRC and pHelper) are sold separately in very large 1 mg quantities (AAVpro Packaging Plasmid, Cat. Nos. 6234, 6664, 6665, and 6672), which are convenient for large-scale production for in vivo studies. pRC plasmids carry the AAV Rep and Cap genes.
