Takara PrimeScript IV 1st strand cDNA Synthesis Mix \50 Rxns

Takara PrimeScript IV 1st strand cDNA Synthesis Mix contains a 5X premix for synthesizing first-strand cDNA from total RNA or poly A+ RNA. A cDNA synthesis reaction can be started simply by adding template RNA and water to the premix, which already contains PrimeScript IV Reverse Transcriptase, RNase Inhibitor, Oligo dT Primer, dNTP Mixture, and reaction buffer.
