Tecan Qc Kit - Calibrator Plate, In Order To Correct For Day-To-Day Performance Variations In The Qc Kit Reader, And To Allow Direct Comparison Of Instrument Performance, The Absorbance Measurements From The Qc Kit Plate Reader Are Normalized Using A Calibrator Plate. The Calibrator Plate Is Used To Correlate The Readings For The Plate Reader With Those Made By A Reference Spectrophotometer In A Reference Laboratory, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Iso/Iec 17025 And Ansi/Ncsl Z540 Standards.When The Calibrator Plate Is Used In Combination With Qc Kit Solutions And Verification Plates, An Unbroken Chain Of Traceability To The International System Of Units (Si) Is Created,Enabling The Generation Of Standardized Volume Measurements.
