Millipore Detect Tfeb Using This Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody, Anti-Tfeb Antibody Validated For Use In Western Blotting. - Mill (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
Transcription factor EB (TFEB) is a member of the MiT/TFE family of transcription factors that is translocated in a subset of renal tumors. It plays an important role in the signal transduction process required for normal vascularization of the placenta. TFEB specifically recognizes and binds the E-box sequence (5-CANNTG-3) and CLEAR box sequence (5-GTCACGTGAC-3).
