Takara The pAutophagSENSE vector expresses the mutant green fluorescent protein AcGFP1 (excitation maximum = 475 nm; emission maximum = 505 nm) fused to the mouse LC3 protein in mammalian cells. The fusion protein is incorporated into the autophagosomes and is used to monitor autophagosome formation in live cells.
