AG Scientific TGS (TRIS-Glycine-SDS) Buffer 10X Solution

TRIS-Glycine-SDS is a common buffer used to run SDS-PAGE gels in electrophoresis. TGS helps maintain the pH and temperature of the environment and provides ions to carry electrical current. It is usually used as the anode and cathode buffer.

Recommended to run at 150 V for mini vertical gel electrophoresis units.
