Protein A [FC20, formerly ProZyme] binds to immunoglobulins such as Human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4 and Mouse IgG2a and IgG2b with high affinity. Binding to the Fc region occurs at the heavy chain. The product is offered in various weights and includes a recommended procedure for reconstituting in buffer.

- We recommend reconstituting FC20 in 25 mM sodium phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.0 to dissolve the FC20 protein A.
