CD45RA is also present on parts of B cells and NK cells, as well as on plasmacytoid dendritic cells and parts of CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. The CD45RA antibody recognizes the 220 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA). | In exceptional cases it may happen that donors have CD45RA+ memory T cells.
