Takara SMART-Seq ICELL8 cx Application Kit – 3 Chip contains the necessary chips, reagents, and consumables required to run three experiments of single-cell, full-length transcriptome analysis on the ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System (Cat. No. 640188 or 640189). Additional consumables such as ICELL8 384-Well Source Plates and Seals (Cat. No. 640018, 640037, 640192) can be purchased separately. The SMART-Seq ICELL8 Indexing Primer Set – B (Cat. No. 640218) with additional indexes can be used with separate chip, for multiplexing two-chip experiments.The protocols for performing SMART-Seq chemistry on ICELL8 cx systems leverage SMART technology for full-length cDNA synthesis and Nextera technology for Illumina library preparation with dual 72 x 72 indexes (Nextera Tagment DNA Enzyme not included).
