Agilent Technologies advancebio 2-aa glucose homopolymer standard (formerly prozyme). A mixture of a(1-6)-linked glucose oligosaccharides with variable number of monomeric glucose units (1-23 or more). The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, 2-aa. May be used as a ladder standard for hilic separations of 2-aa labeled n-glycans, and can aid in the calculation of glucose unit (gu) values. - Glycan standards & libraries
