Roche Diagnostics Corporation ISH, iVIEW BLUE PLUS DETECTION KIT; Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. (Ventana) ISH iVIEW Blue Plus Detection Kit consists of a primary rabbit anti-DNP antibody followed by an indirect biotin streptavidin system for detecting VENTANA DNP labeled probes and antibodies. This kit is intended for staining sections of routinely fixed (neutral buffered formalin), paraffin embedded tissue on the BenchMark Series automated slide stainers. Light microscopy is used to detect the staining intensity. Positive results aid in the classification of normal and abnormal cells and tissues and serve as an adjunct to conventional histopathology tests. This product should be interpreted by a qualified pathologist in conjunction with histological examination, relevant clinical information, and proper controls.
