(Ventana) CONFIRM anti-Lambda Rabbit Polyclonal Primary Antibody is directed against lambda immunoglobulin light chains. Staining for lambda light chains can be used to aid in the identification of cells of normal and abnormal B cell lineage. This antibody is intended for laboratory use to qualitatively stain B cells and plasma cells expressing lambda light chain immunoglobulins in sections of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue on a Ventana automated slide stainer. CONFIRM anti-Lambda Rabbit Polyclonal specifically binds to antigens located in the cell membrane and cytoplasmic regions of normal B cells and plasma cells. The clinical interpretation of any staining, or the absence of staining, must be complemented by morphological studies and evaluation of proper controls.
