Despite substitution treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin, the overall prognosis is rather poor, with a death rate of about 10% before adolescence. | Storage Conditions | The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks for at room temperature but is best stored at -20ºC. Reconstitute in water to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 2-8ºC for one week or -20ºC for future use. Reconstituted sCD40L/TRAP should be stored at -20ºC in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months. Freeze/thaw cycles will result in significant loss of activity. |
