Miltenyi Biotec Killer cell lectin-like receptor G1 (KLRG1) is a homodimeric type II transmembrane glycoprotein of 30–38 kDa subunits. The protein is the mouse homolog of the rat mast cell function–associated antigen (MAFA) and is expressed on a subset of NK cells and T cells.
