Takara This kit is designed for efficient and accurate amplification of GC-rich (up to 90%) templates. It is based on the hot-start polymerase Advantage 2 polymerase mix. This kit contains individual tubes of Advantage-GC 2 Polymerase Mix, special GC-buffers, and dNTPs. Control reagents are also provided.
