The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL845 recognizes the β2 microglobulin, also known as B2M. Β2 microglobulin is a component of the class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC), which is located on all nucleated cells, excluding red blood cells. Β2 microglobulin plays a role in the presentation of peptide antigens to the immune system. It has no transmembrane region and binds to the alpha chain of MHC class I molecules and additionally to other class I-like molecules such as CD1 and Qa.
