The Neta Way Award

The Neta Way award is given to an individual who exemplifies our 5 core values in their day to day interactions with other Neta employees, suppliers, or customers. Our 5 core values are Integrity, Mutual Respect, Flexibility, Social Responsibility, and Innovation.

Rules & Qualification

Anyone can nominate anyone for one of the 5 core values

1. You can't nominate the same person more than once within a 3 month period
2. Must submit nomination form
3. Nomination must be approved by nominator's manager
4. Nomination must be approved by nominee's manager
5. Once an individual receives a nomination for all 5 core values, the individual is automatically nominated for the Neta Way Award
